X7-OS

The X7-OS is the latest in our range of travel guitars and gives a new voice and a new option to the X7.

The X7-OS is exactly the same as the X7 in terms of body size scale length and neck dimensions but the top has been radically redesigned.

The most notable change is the location of the sound hole, on this guitar we have moved it off to the side which frees up much more sound board which is very important on such a small guitar. It also brings the soundhole closer to the players ear which gives the player a more direct sound.

The other variation on this model is that the top is much flatter. It still has a radius like the X7 but the OS has a much shallower radius which allows the top to move more freely.

This all combines to give the X7-OS a warmer fuller tone while still giving great note distinction. Its now a very versatile guitar that strums sweet full chords and has great bass presence while still having plenty in the other frequencies to balance it out.

This now poses the question of which X7 is right for you? Well this all depends on playing style and personal taste, If you’re looking for a guitar with great volume punchy mids and can really cut through in a mix then the X7 could be your guitar but if your more of a strummer and are looking for a warmer richer tone then the X7-OS may be the one for you. Its all a matter of taste.
